Brandon, a seasoned guide with over 30 years of experience, leads unforgettable fly-fishing excursions in Utah. As a fourth-generation local and certified fly casting instructor endorsed by Trout Unlimited and Orvis, Brandon’s expertise ensures an exceptional experience for anglers of all levels.
Ileana, the heart of the operation, manages the property with dedication. Together, the proud owners who rent out their cozy condo, offer a personalized touch to your stay. Very nice, easy to use the bus to get to Park City Base or the Canyons. Felt like visiting a friend's home, very welcoming.

Full kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Enough utensils, towels, bed sheets, etc. Even the pods for the dishwasher and the washer detergent!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were stayed at the unit for a month and it was the perfect location, convenient to town, comfortable, and a great place to work from.

Place is as depicted in the photos and described in the listing, except there is no dedicated office space. (We were able to purchase small tables from a Walmart nearby.) Kitchen well stocked for chefs; comfy mattresses! Hosts very responsive.On the COVID front: Hosts dropped by without warning to fix our internet when it broke (internet was a bit temperamental but could always be fixed), came into the unit without asking permission, sat down on our couch and took off their masks while proceeding to chat with us. We are very risk-averse when it comes to COVID and would have appreciated first an attempt to fix the internet over the phone, followed by a prior request for one individual (rather than two) to enter our unit with mask on the entire time. We had also been informed that the unit was cleaned and empty for a week prior to our arrival (thus, no need to disinfect surfaces or air it out upon arrival), but well into our stay learned that the Host had worked from home out of our unit all day on the day of our arrival (potentially bringing COVID into the unit). I usually never leave negative reviews, but unfortunately COVID calls for an exception/disclaimer in this case.
My brother and I rented Ileana and Brandon’s condo during our Feb 2020 ski trip to Park city for 8 days. The property is a few short walk to the Park city’s lifts where driving, parking nor taking bus are not necessary. The condo is on the top floor where it is very quiet, since my brother is sensitive to noises. On the first day we were greeted with fruit basket and a tray of muffins, thank you very much. The internet wire/Wi-Fi is available and fast, if you like to work and play. The condo is fully equipped with all types of kitchen items. I personally love the variety of Keurig’ coffee, since I love coffee. The living room equips with large screen TV and variety of TV programs to watch. The living room was so comfortable that my brother took a day off and just watched TV. One bedroom has large king size bed and other has 2 full size beds, and they are very comfortable to sleep on, with plenty of pillows and blankets. There is 1 full bathroom and a separate sink location which is very convenience. My brother and I highly recommend Ileana and Brandon’s condo to anyone that plans to visit Park City, UT. This place becomes our favorite, we are planning to go back to Ileana and Brandon’s condo again next year.
I booked this property on behalf of a film team for Sundance. The location was perfect for the festival, check-in was easy, and Ileana and Brandon were so easy to communicate with. Would definitely book with them again!
Thank you to the owners, Ileana and Brandon, for a wonderful time in Park City/Deer Valley. The condo was perfect for the two of us seniors. Over the years we have been on many ski trips which involved renting a condo or house. This condo by far exceeded every single one of them.PROS: Amply supplied with anything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated Bed and bedding were very comfortable Washer and dryer in unit Close to everything Bus stop a very short walk Adjustable thermostat that actually worked Dehumidifier in unit Very clean A welcome surprise in the kitchen A plush bathrobe for each of us to use (loved this!!!) Spacious and comfortable living room All kinds of entertainment available, TVs in each room, DVDs, books Place to store your ski equipment though the ski resort has free overnight storage which is great Kitchen is well equipped and everything worked well Beautiful view of the mountains and very quiet Free, secure internet Smoke detectors and I think there were also carbon monoxide detectors An assigned parking space The owners were awesome! Very responsive, accomodating and easy to work with I'm sure I am missing some other items that we appreciated but I can't think of right now CONS: parking is not covered At night and with a lot of snow piled up it isn’t all that easy to see the parking space numbers. Used the flashlight on my cell phone solved the problem Would we recommend this rental or stay here again? Yes, in a heart beat!!
This is one of the best condos we’ve ever rented, we rent several per year around the world. The welcome goodies, finishes, decor, linens, super soft robes in the master are exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is delightful and super responsive. It’s an easy walk around the corner to the shuttle stop and < 5 min to the slopes. Our older son walked the few blocks each day. We’re already planning our return for next year.
Ileana's place is located downtown within walking distance of Park City Mountain and prime nighttime hotspots. It's also right off the local bike trail. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us - what a great welcome! Her place was sparkling clean and well stocked. A big kitchen perfect for family meals. Ileana was very responsive, and came to my rescue when I accidentally locked all the keys inside on our last day. Thanks Ileana! Will definitely be back!
Good Apartment I would rate 4star. Limited view and the building where the Apartment is in is not such a nice house, would say from the sixties. Ileana very responsive.
This unit is fabulous, meeting every aspect of the description and more. It was spotless upon arrival and well maintained throughout my stay. The unit is convenient to public transportation - just steps away. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance too. Quality and attention to detail are displayed throughout the unit. I spent 6 weeks here last ski season and felt at home every day. It’s inviting and welcoming after a long day on the slopes. Ownership pride is evidenced by the decorator like furnishings, beds are super, furniture comfy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Owners Ileana and Brandon are great people who will ensure your visit is fantastic.
This Condo was fantastic. Clean, excellent location and you can walk to everything. I would recommend this for anyone visiting Park City for fishing Skiing or just visiting
